Human Resource Executive
Our Human Resource Executive will play an essential role in building and nurturing a positive
work culture at Big Mouth Dreams. As an HR Executive, you’ll be responsible for talent
acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and development. This role requires a strong
understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering
growth and employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

– Conduct performance evaluations and organize training sessions.
– Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
